About us

Tidbit (ABN 42 329 061 077) is an Australian online store selling dog products at tidbit.com.au. These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. Occasionally we may need to cancel an order — for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include delivery within Australia — there's no separate shipping fee at checkout. We accept card payments (processed by Shopify Payments) and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

We do our best to keep prices and listings accurate. If a genuine pricing or listing error affects an order you've placed, we may cancel that order and refund you in full — we'll contact you to let you know before we do.

Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide, with most orders arriving within 8–12 business days. Full details — including tracking, split shipments and what to do if an order is late — are on our Shipping page.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under the law.

Product images and descriptions

We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can, but colours can display differently between screens, and minor details may vary slightly from the images shown.

Personalised products

Some products can be personalised — for example, with your dog's name. Personalised items are made just for you with exactly the text you enter — please double-check spelling before ordering. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in full if a personalised item is faulty or not as described.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including the Tidbit name, the Bailey artwork and character, product descriptions and page designs — belongs to Tidbit. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.
