How long does delivery take?
Typically 8–12 business days, anywhere in Australia. Good things come to those who wait by the front door.
How much is shipping?
Nothing extra — shipping is included in every price, Australia-wide. The price you see is the price you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can watch it make its way to you.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. At launch we're Australia only. If that changes, we'll say so here first.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Returns
I changed my mind — can I return it?
We don't offer change-of-mind returns — we're a small shop and every product is carefully selected before it earns its spot, so we ask you to choose carefully. Not sure about a size or colour? Email hello@tidbit.com.au before you order and we'll help. If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, that's a different story — see the next question.
What if something arrives faulty?
We'll make it right. Email us at hello@tidbit.com.au with your order number and a quick photo of the problem, and we'll help sort out your remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
Always email first — hello@tidbit.com.au, with your order number and a quick photo of the problem. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps, and we cover return postage for faulty items. Please don't post anything back before you hear from us.
Products
How do you choose what to sell?
Slowly, and on purpose. Every product is checked by us before it's listed: variants verified, photos checked, honest descriptions written. Anything that doesn't meet the bar gets binned. We'd rather have a small shelf of good things than a warehouse of everything.
What are Bailey's Verdicts and Tail Wags?
Bailey is our golden retriever mascot, and his verdicts (like "🐾 4/5 Tail Wags") are his editorial take on each product. They're written by us in Bailey's voice — they are not customer reviews, and we'll never present them as if they were.
I'm ordering a personalised item — anything I should know?
Just one thing: double-check the spelling before you order. Personalised items are made with exactly what you type, letter for letter — so give it the once-over Bailey gives a new toy.
