Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide. At launch we ship within Australia only. We deliver to most addresses, including PO boxes and parcel lockers, unless the carrier can't service them.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouses, some of which are overseas — that's why we quote 8–12 business days rather than promising overnight delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in every price. What you see on the product page is what you pay — no separate shipping fee is added at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Split shipments

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive as separate parcels at different times, because items can ship from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each parcel, and you never pay extra for split shipments.

If your order is late

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@tidbit.com.au with your order number. We'll chase it up with the carrier and keep you posted until it's sorted.

Express shipping

We don't offer an express option yet. If your order is time-sensitive, please allow the full 8–12 business days.
